Disapointing game from a football lovers point of view, but I'm happy enough with the result.

Well, it forced McGregor into a save, so yes.

 

We can complain all we want but the fact is we missed a sitter in the first half, and didnt have a shot until nakas free kick. Artur saved our bacon with a couple of great saves, so all in all, not a bad days work. I'll take a point after a * display like that. My biggest worry is we are going to play this badly for the rest of the season. If we do we can forget the league.

 

crowd was absolutely out of it, even let the huns go on with their chants at times ffs. anyway we didnt look much for winning in the second half, maybe right after mcgeady and samaras came in wen brown dribbled a bit too many times down in the box. we're still tops at the end of it all, and with the way the scum play, lik gunt sed, we can hope they draw wen we win down the stretch, we gota do our part tho and beat the clubs we can beat.

 

We both had two shots on target and both had four off-target I think.

Rosario mate every time we play this scum recently that has been the norm as you know all to well but imo i defiantly feel Celtic had some good play on the deck and as for boruc well all his * disappears after the save he made today,but i can also see why people thought Celtic played bad as ok the game was boring to watch in whole but Celtic i thought were creative and had a lot of good runs and movement off the ball, but the huns can make any other team look boring, i think there so * that they make any1 against them look as *.rolleyes:

 

The Atmosphere sounded rather really poor for an old firm game man, any of you guys think its losing some of the passion ?

 

I agree mate, we tried to play football on the deck and with some width, but their anti-football spoiling tactics killed the game.
As soon as you seen McCulloch in the starting line-up, you knew exactly what to expect tbh.

 

I dont see how anyone can say we played well today.

They just sat back and showed no desire to go forward. All the tried to do was kick us around a bit. This is the norm from Rangers nowadays..."anti-football"

We lacked width and we lacked penetration. We were relying on trying to get Big Jan flicking on the ball, but every time he jumped the ref blew for a fou.

Rangers were a disgrace today, the ref was poor and we failed to win. Not happy with the performance or the result.

 

Boruc 8. Had * all to do in first half. great save from McManus and weir in the second

Hinkel 6. Steady again

McManus 5. Nearly scored o.g but good block in the box, can't remember who shot. always makes me nervous though

Caldwell 7. Solid performance again

Naylor 5. Some loose passes, some good ones. cannae heid a ball to save his life.

Flood 6. Tough game to make your debut. Great cross for skippy in the first half. Drifted in and out.

Hartley 6. What can i say. Did his usual stuff.

Broony 7. Needs to work on his passing, but a workhorse in midfield. hope the injury isnae too bad

Naka 7. bossed the midfield in the first half. Faded in the second.

JVOH 6. Ref gave him * all. Thought he was gonna get himself sent off again.

McDonald 6. Shoulda scored. Couldn't really get into it due to the filth's spoiling tactics

Mcgeady 3. Didn't even see him touch the ball

Sammy 5. Tried to get involved.


First half we bossed, let the filth back into it in the second. If i'm being greedy maybe we should have won 1 - 0 but overall i'll take 0 - 0.
